Brief history: A powerful businessman, born in Nagasaki in 1932. In his late 20's, he helped to rebuild war-torn Japan after V-Day, especially concerning the bombings of Nagasaki--his hometown--and Hiroshima. As the economy of Japan got back on its feet, he founded ATO Institute, to further the newest technological advances in Japan. In 2007, after a long history of smoking, he was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer. In 2009, he died at the age of 77 from lung cancer. However, ATO Institute thrives in his absence, having left a large legacy for the industry of Japan.

Personality: All that is known in public knowledge is that he was a philanthropist in his younger days before he founded ATO Institute, and after he did so, he took up his smoking habit. He is not very widely known; his name is mostly only recalled by the remaining veterans of WWII, who recognize his effort in repairing the damaged economy.
